Your role is to ensure that these teams can operate effectively with an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive culture. As a self-directed leader, you will initiate, plan, organize, and lead multiple new product development projects from business case and conception through market introduction to achieve strategic objectives for business groups.
Excel at defining project scope and objectives, aligning all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility. As a project leader, you protect the scope from changes that don’t significantly improve the business results.
Ensure project objectives align with overall business strategies
Identify the appropriate deliverables to achieve a high speed of adoption, utilization, and proficiency for impacted audiences
Monitor deliverables to meet intended outcomes and adjust accordingly
Develop plans and identify resources and key partners to ensure effective and timely delivery
Mitigate business risks and escalate and resolve business issues as they arise
Exercises technical leadership for the cross-functional team by planning, organizing, scheduling, and coordinating the work of others
Demonstrates exceptional negotiation skills and consistently arrives at mutually accepted conclusions
Interfaces with most internal departments involved in New Product Introduction
Manages multiple large-scale projects successfully & simultaneously on a consistent basis
Creates high-level assessments for new projects with minimum detail available
Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence or similar
Experience in new product development programs from concept to production using a structured process.
Experience in Software Development is a plus.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
BSc or equivalent industry experience
Strong operational / project management acumen
Strong communication and presentation skills, to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the business
Resilient, adaptable to change, flexible, reliable, confident, assertive, and self-assured
Positive demeanor and remain calm and constant under pressure
Must have discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality (due to access to sensitive information)
Minimum of 2 years experience in Product Development and/or Support
