Job Description
As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you’ll play a key hands-on role in testing and quality across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of testing activities across web, mobile, and backend components
- Perform functional, regression, API, exploratory, and smoke testing
- Investigate and reproduce production issues, contributing to root-cause analysis
- Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, test suites, and test plans
- Support coordination of test execution within the team
- Help shape QA procedures and testing approaches that support product quality
- Collaborate with PMs and developers to clarify requirements and align on testcoverage
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience, ideally in iGaming, Gambling, Sportsbetting, or Social Casino game development
- Solid experience with manual testing (web, mobile, and API)
- Strong skills in test case management and documentation
- Good understanding of testing types and levels (smoke, regression, exploratory, functional, integration, system, acceptance) and the ability to identify where and when each should be applied
- Ability to adapt processes and rules pragmatically to achieve business results
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, BrowserStack, Charles, TestRail, or similar
- English proficiency (working language)
Will be a plus
- Experience in or interest in automated testing (any framework or language)
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, JavaScript/CSS, or AWS monitoring tools
- Experience leading testing efforts or building QA processes from scratch
- Understanding of REST APIs, browser dev tools
- Experience working in startups or scaling teams
- Previous QA experience with payment flows
