Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of commercial experience, proven success in driving growth, and the ability to develop profitable partnerships at an international level.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering consistent results in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies in line with company objectives to accelerate growth.
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in the iGaming sector (expansion, new markets, partnerships).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and competitive moves, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, customer success) to support client acquisition and retention.
- Lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue and strengthen the company’s market position.
- Monitor performance of business development initiatives and prepare progress reports for management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven commercial/business development experience in the iGaming industry.
- Strong track record of successfully closing deals and expanding business opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge of market dynamics, trends, and regulatory environments within iGaming.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset paired with strong execution abilities.
- Languages: Fluent English (required). Portuguese and French are considered strong “nice-to-have”.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team.
